BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
Female Candidates Only | Dhaka Based Position
NativeWay Bangladesh delivers turnkey MEP engineering solutions, covering Electrical, HVAC, Fire Protection and Plumbing, for factories, commercial buildings and industrial projects across the country. With many industry sectors in Bangladesh growing rapidly, we are looking for a confident and well-spoken Business Development Executive to identify new projects, connect with senior decision makers and open doors for our engineering team. An engineering background is not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research new business opportunities through the internet, business newspapers, industry publications and other sources, with a focus on new factories and industrial and commercial projects.
- Identify project owners and key decision makers (Chairmen, MDs, CEOs, Directors and GMs) and maintain a database of prospects.
- Contact decision makers and secure appointments for the company’s management and sales team.
- Introduce NativeWay’s capabilities to prospective clients and build interest in our services.
- Coordinate between clients and our internal sales and engineering teams for meetings, follow-ups, proposals and documentation.
- Maintain the lead pipeline and report progress regularly to management.
Requirements:
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; Business or Marketing preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, corporate sales or client relations, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Experience in the engineering, construction or industrial sectors will be an added advantage.
Skills and Competencies:
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Bangla.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with the confidence to engage senior executives.
- Strong research skills using online and print business sources.
- Well organized, with good follow-up and coordination ability.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
