We are seeking a confident, results-driven Assistant Sales Manager, based in Chittagong, to promote and sell our HVAC and Fire Protection product range to potential clients and grow our presence in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Present and sell the company’s HVAC and Fire Protection product range to consultants, contractors, developers and end users.
- Identify new leads and build a strong client base across the Chittagong region.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations and technical discussions to understand requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Coordinate with the engineering team on technical and commercial details, quotations and system solutions.
- Follow up on quotations, negotiate and close sales.
- Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
Requirements:
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales of HVAC and/or Fire Protection products.
- Experience in the Chittagong market will be an added advantage.
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong presentation, negotiation and closing skills.
- Good technical understanding of HVAC and Fire Protection systems and products.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM tools is an advantage.
Other Requirements:
- Self-driven, with excellent organizational skills.
- Must be based in Chittagong.
- Willingness to travel as required.
