Nativeway (Bangladesh) Limited is seeking a competent and experienced Project Engineer to manage and execute MEP projects in Bangladesh. This position is open to qualified professionals willing to be based in Bangladesh.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) projects from planning to completion.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with technical specifications, drawings, and safety standards.
- Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems.
- Prepare project reports and coordinate with management on progress updates.
- Ensure effective site supervision and resource management.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in handling MEP projects.
- Strong technical knowledge in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Proven ability to manage site operations and project teams.
- Good leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle project timelines efficiently.
- Willingness to be based in Bangladesh is mandatory.
